...alive. I am alive. My mind is alive. My mind is active. And on its way of thought process, the way it is.
I feel relieved that the Sorry never entered my mind. And that I did not feel its absence at all because that is not what I expected from speaking my mind.
I want them to know. KNOW.
I realized (Part II) that no Sorry was said in the conversation that we had. What I also realized was that I did not want the Sorry. I want them to know. That is all that I want.
I have never suspected their intentions. I know it too well. But I have the right to feel bruised when cut, and broken when thrown against the wall. And that I am not out to set-right the world.
I feel relieved that the Sorry never entered my mind. And that I did not feel its absence at all because that is not what I expected from speaking my mind.
I want them to know. KNOW.

I am glad that they have gotten hear you. Glad that you can speak your pain. Much love to you, my friend.
ReplyDeleteThis makes so much sense - I'm glad that you have been able to communicate your thoughts and feelings. So very important. Sending you a hug....
ReplyDeleteAfter having those feelings churning inside you for so long, it is good you were able to speak them out loud. Release them.
ReplyDeleteAbiding with you and sending you hugs . . .
I have said it before, you are indeed wise.
ReplyDeleteI hope the talk with Super Ped brought you some light.
Many hugs, my friend.
Sending you continued support from here.
ReplyDeleteI agree they needed to know how you feel and how you felt. Apologies won't make the situation different but them knowing how you feel? That will make a difference. I'm so proud of you for sticking up for yourself and for Lola. I admire you for that, among many other things.
