My Lady of the Lantern

I feel twitching/ghost cramps in my lower abdomen. The cramps last for a few seconds and go away on their own. Have you ever experienced it? I know it is all in my mind but I do feel them. Will it go away on its own? Is it psychosomatic? Should I talk to my doctor about it? ^WiseGuy^
