Like I mentioned in my last post, FIL/MIL shifted here. Initially FIL was admitted in a local nursing home, and only last week he has come home. There is no "treatment" as such. He needs good nursing, physiotherapy and timely medication to go on. There is a neat set of apparatus around his bed, and his oxygen saturation is monitored constantly. He is still unconscious and unresponsive, and makes grunting noises every once in a while. My MIL is here, and to be frank, I was dreading it a bit. So far, she is only lamenting the complete absence of my housekeeping skills in a hushed voice to Gracy. Last week, I took a trip I had almost cancelled to see my parents, and the family of my brother who were visiting at this time of the year (they mostly come at Christmas time, but they came early this year).
