January Pearls

I want to share the verbal pearls that make it a hay day for any infertile....all received by yours truly in the first crudder of 2010.

You didn't think I would have spared you...did you?

"Add sprouts to your diet."

(Aha! ...the germination principle, I suppose?)

"She should have an antidepressantpillbrandname mid-cycle."

(That's the latest thing in addictions really....prescription drugs...wow...imagine the possibilities!!!)

"She and DH should go out every weekend. Go away from the city. Spend time with each other."

(It is correct. I tend to ovulate every weekend.)

Now that the knowledge-sharing is done, I would like to take a while and do the big reveal. It had been guessed well by a bright one.

Enjoy!

  5. Yay, I'm so clever... ummm ok... lucky guess!

I think you should make something up, so that whenever someone has a bright idea you can say,"ah yes but it might conflict with the raw carrot and wild rice milk* diet that is bound to work, but thank you very much for the suggestion"

  9. If sprout-eating was a prerequisite to pregnancy, we'd all be pregnant. Maybe we should sell sprouts to suckers on the Internet? We'd be filthy rich.

I Should Have Known

Season...

With very limited time and access to the netz, I just want to declare that Lady Season is here. She arrived last Wednesday, and I will someday in future speak of how due to SuperPed's preparedness a crisis was averted. I tend to have firework endings. Her with me, and my first chance of mothering is like a spray of cold water on my face. I am very sleep deprived. Apparently, wise birds said to me that I should sleep when the girl sleeps, but so far my body schedule and kid's schedule are haywire. I hope to be better adapted to this soon. It is tough for me to find net time as of now, and there are a couple of things I want to post online, since CBub's dates also passed by recently, but so far it does not seem to be happening. And I just want to say thanks. Even though I am craptastic at responding, I am reading off and on as I can manage.
