Cone of Silence

In a movie, the cone of silence was a defective technology that the spy used to communicate secrets. He thought that whatever he said while inside the cone was not hearable to others, but it did not work that way.

I am entering a non-defective cone of silence.

I don't know, and have not thought of a time-frame for standing inside the cone.

I am not quitting this place. I am just wanting to be quiet on my blog. You will find me around.

And I might come out of the cone tomorrow. Or in the next half hour. Or the next month, or week. I just might.

  1. Stay in the cone as long as you need. Through the miracle of feed readers, we'll all be here when you return :-)

  4. I appreciate your need for a cone of silence. And I supposed that's where you were, since I was noticing that you were gone. In other words...you're missed. :)

  5. I have felt that way, too, and my writing and posting has reflected it.

Take time for yourself and I hope this comment alone isn't an intrusion.

    Holding you in good thoughts.

I Should Have Known

...On the night of 19th when my breasts became hard and sore to touch, the nurses brought me hot water bottles rather than my baby. Season...

With very limited time and access to the netz, I just want to declare that Lady Season is here. She arrived last Wednesday, and I will someday in future speak of how due to SuperPed's preparedness a crisis was averted. I tend to have firework endings. Her with me, and my first chance of mothering is like a spray of cold water on my face. I am very sleep deprived. Apparently, wise birds said to me that I should sleep when the girl sleeps, but so far my body schedule and kid's schedule are haywire. I hope to be better adapted to this soon. It is tough for me to find net time as of now, and there are a couple of things I want to post online, since CBub's dates also passed by recently, but so far it does not seem to be happening. And I just want to say thanks. Even though I am craptastic at responding, I am reading off and on as I can manage.
