Yeah, I had no title for this post.
---
The captchas that blogger throws at me look like ants eating each other. For me, 'd' is 'cl' and 'vv' and 'w' - all so confusing...Plus the ants were involved in a head-on collision, so somehow the alphabets are climbing and twisted all over each other sometimes.
I still can't prove I am not a robot. Blech.

Does anyone have any news Chronicles Of...? I have been wondering about her...seriously, I just hope she has no internet access and that's why she is not updating, but I feel like I have been left out in lurch.
If she had a post about the babies having arrived safely, and then no posts, I would have assumed that she is too full-on busy to look at or update her blog.
But when you just nip it off like this, mid-pregnancy, and leave no words of not wanting to be back...and not updating in a year, some crazy thoughts start coming to me.
I had been following her story for a while. In case, someone knows what's up with her, I will really appreciate an update.
Have you thought about adding this request to lostandfoundandconnectionsabound.blogspot.com? I've seen similar situations posted there.
ReplyDeleteGood luck and I hope that all is well.
Those captchas mess me up all the time, too. I usually have to try at least twice before I can get them to go through.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kelly - put the question in on the LFCA.
xoxo
i HATE captchas!
ReplyDeleteI've noticed lately that those word verification things are much harder to read as well. Near impossible on my phone too.
ReplyDeleteCapchas do that to me too... some days I just give up and say, "Yes. I am a robot."
ReplyDeleteSorry, no idea about the blogger. It's always concerning when people drop off like that. I hope you find out something.
No idea about Chonicles, as I'm not a regular follower. Hope all is well.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm not a fan of the word verifications too. Sometimes I have to get my Beloved to try to translate for me.
Kelly and JW Moxie: I have already LFCAed about her a couple of months back...there was no
ReplyDeleteresponse from anyone.
I know that she had several regulars, and some of them referred to her
by her real name, but there is no link/website associated with those
comment-leavers, so I just can't find out....
I passionately hate Captchas which is why I turned them off on my blog.
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you post to LFCA and ask if anyone knows anything about her? Maybe by reaching a wider audience, you can find out how she is doing.
I think we know how I feel about captcha! I think they deliberately refuse to accept whatever you type in. I hope Google will fix it.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea about that particular blogger, but I hate when people just disappear like that!
Oh, those captchas are bad! I have to squeeze my eyes figuring if it's this letter or that. I am actually mostly surprised when what I type is accepted...
ReplyDeleteAnother captchas (i didn't even know that's what they are called! Lol) hater here.
ReplyDeleteHugs!
I love captchas!!!! I save my favorites in a file for creative inspiration!
ReplyDeleteI am always saddened when a blogger disappears--it almost always seems to be for a bad reason, and I'm always scared to ask anyone because I don't want to add to the hurt or anything..Hopefully Chronicles just started fresh and forgot about her followers.
I have a button on my blog created by a fellow blogger....Robots and Bloggers Against Captcha. Clay Babboons has a blog where she makes little clay figurines about her blog topic. It's a great break from reading most traditional infertility blogs. And I can NEVER read what the captcha says.
