Knocked - Out!

I am still doozy from the last event. Over these two days, I have been really struggling to think straight on what to do now.

I am not struggling in thinking straight, but I am rethinking my whole IF plan. I thought I had it all well-thought out.

Day before yesterday, even though I shared the news with you guys, it was only last night that I got down for a straight talk with DH about this.

He told me that it totally depended on me and I had complete freedom to do whatever I want. Which essentially translates into cancelling my IVF/ICSI till I can get around to wrestling well with my thesis plans.

If you have been reading my blog, you would know that husband wanted to take an entire 2009 off, and I was reluctant because I was only getting older and older each passing year.

If I had good medical facilities in this city....

If I could not have had to come out so far, to go retreat ....

If I did not need this nonsense in my life anyways...

If I was sure that I did not want kids....

If I did not have to see so many kids rubbing their naked ass on the hot earth, or walking dirty, shabby and hungry, and not see their pregnant too poor-already mothers...

If!

However, I am still doozy like I said before...

What is the future of my blog?

Do I feel like writing on this one blog anymore?

Hell, what do I revert to?

  1. Wow, a lot of things to have to be thinking about. But, if it's worrying about the direction of your blog...seriously don't stress that one. Whether you are going through treatments or not...writing about infertility or not. We are still interested in you.

Good luck with all the other decisions, and stressing about the timing of everything.

  2. Some heavy decisions there and I wish you the best of luck.

All I can say about blogging, is write for yourself, even if it's a one word post, we'll still be reading. :)

  3. Your blog is about you, not just the one subject.

Take your time. Rethink. Relax. Give yourself a break.

  5. So many things that are heavy on your heart. (And the weight is unbearable with 'if' and 'IF.') Please do the right thing for yourself.

  9. I will read whatever you write :) Your blog can be anything you want it to be, or if you really feel inspired you can even make a new blog for now. Just make sure you give us a link ;)

  10. I think I can understand needing to rethink things. Divided focus can sometimes hinder your goals.

That being said, I don't want to see you go anywhere. Then again, I also know where to find you. :)
